Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to consultations and projects with Web Wrapper Works ("I", "me"), run by Nithin from Ontario, Canada.
Consultations
- A consultation is a 45-60 minute live session. The fee pays for the consultation.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable. Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by you. If I cancel, I will rebook you or refund the fee.
- If you confirm your project before my next consultation week, the consultation fee is also credited toward your project. If you do not confirm in time, the credit expires.
Projects
- The investment is agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is 50% to begin, which locks your dates, and 50% on completion.
- Delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks, depending on your package and how quickly you return feedback.
- I take on a limited number of projects, and one business per industry area, so I will not build for your direct competitors while we work together.
Results
I do not promise rankings, traffic or sales. Search results depend on your market, competitors and search engines, which change. I work to give you the best chance, starting with quick wins you can track in Google Search Console.
Your content and ownership
You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give me. When the final payment is made, the finished website files and content made for you are yours.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
